Job summary

The Manager will own end-to-end sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives, partnering with senior leadership within Accenture Sourcing & Procurement and guiding energy clients through strategy, design, and execution.

You will work on operating model design, process reinvention, and digital enablement, embedding AI and analytics across partnering, sourcing, contracting, buying, and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of management consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design future-ready procurement operating models and define governance and roles.
• Redesign core sourcing and procurement processes with a digital-first approach.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and drive cost-take-out programs across categories.
• Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks and measure performance improvements.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage delivery across one or more workstreams.
