Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Sustainability AI Leader to drive end-to-end digitalization of sustainability processes across Electrification, deploying AI, analytics, and digital tools. You will coordinate with HQ and DT teams to execute the ELEC Sustainability Long-Term Strategy, delivering measurable productivity gains and cost improvements through automation and intelligent workflow design.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in AI/ML, data science, CS, sustainability, engineering, or related field.
Significant experience in digital transformation, AI deployment, or sustainability technology leadership at enterprise scale.
Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions and automation with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digitalization of sustainability processes and define the transformation roadmap.
Deploy the LTS for digitalization and AI with clear milestones and KPIs.
Coordinate with HQ and DT teams to align digital strategy and data standards.
Develop AI-powered systems and tools for predictive analytics, automated reporting, and decision support.
Drive productivity improvements by removing non-value-added tasks from reporting processes.
Design scalable data architectures and AI/ML models for sustainability analytics and forecasting.
Build cross-functional partnerships to embed digital sustainability into enterprise systems.
Establish governance, quality standards, and compliance for AI tools.
