Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Remote Site Contract Manager to oversee global clinical trial site contracts and budgets. You will lead negotiations, partner with CROs, and support director-level stakeholders across a global program.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical trial site contracting, ICH-GCP knowledge, and strong budgeting skills. 100% remote work is offered with potential travel for meetings and site visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical trial site contract management experience.
• Experience with CROs and global site contracting.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and trial regulations.
• Strong negotiation and budgeting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of site contract and budget strategies for global clinical trials.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, indemnification letters, and other site-related contracts.
• Partner with CROs and internal stakeholders to drive contract execution and budget negotiations.
• Analyze grant plans, historical trial budgets, and negotiation data to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for site contracting issues and provide resolution support across multiple studies.
• Track and report contract negotiation metrics, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Develop and improve site contracting processes and standards to increase efficiency and consistency across the clinical trial portfolio.
• Manage contract administration, documentation, filing, and execution activities within internal systems.
