Abbott is seeking a Service Talent Manager to lead global talent strategy, leadership development, and capability initiatives for the Service organization. This role partners with Service leaders to build a high‑performing workforce that drives service excellence and customer experiences.

The role requires strong experience in leadership development, learning design, and stakeholder management, with a focus on scaling programs globally and driving organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR/OD or related field.
• 7–10+ years in talent development, OD, training, service ops, or leadership development.
• 3–5 years of people leadership/management experience.
• Experience supporting global or multi‑region organizations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop global talent and leadership strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement leadership development programs and onboarding.
• Lead learning programs for onboarding, capability, and change leadership.
• Measure program effectiveness using learning metrics and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align talent initiatives with priorities.
