You will design frameworks, drive succession planning, and develop scalable learning solutions while guiding organizational effectiveness across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• 7–10+ years in talent development or related.
• 3–5 years of people leadership or management experience.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Service Talent strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead leadership development programs for new, emerging, and experienced leaders.
• Direct global learning programs for onboarding, service excellence, and capability development.
• Evaluate and implement learning technologies; measure program impact.
• Partner with leaders to address skill gaps and succession planning; manage stakeholder communications.
