Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in HR operations or selection assessment support.
• 4+ years of experience in selection assessment support, talent management, or HR operations.
• Experience troubleshooting system or platform issues and handling end-user support requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for assessment and digital interviewing platforms.
• Provide technical support for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Assist Senior Managers on large-scale selection initiatives and interviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve candidate support.
• Audit assessment usage and data logs to ensure compliance.
• Create end-user documentation, job aids, and FAQs for training.
