Job summary

Verizon is seeking a remote HR operations professional to support global selection strategies, assessment platforms, and interviewing practices. You will work with Senior Managers to sustain smooth operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across OFCCP and legal guidelines.

You will build end-user documentation, assist with job analyses, focus groups, and survey data, and help train talent acquisition partners and hiring managers on platform usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience in selection assessment support, talent management, or HR operations.
• Experience troubleshooting system/platform issues and managing customer or end-user support requests.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Platform Administration: manage daily operations and configurations for assessment and digital interviewing platforms.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: serve as primary contact for assessment-related inquiries and resolve issues for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Project & Research Support: assist Senior Managers on large-scale selection initiatives, including job analyses, focus groups, survey data, and interview guide templates.
• Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline recruiter processes.
• Compliance & Auditing Support: conduct audits of assessment usage, data logs, and interview documentation for OFCCP and legal guidelines.
• Enablement & Training: develop end-user documentation, job aides, and FAQs for talent acquisition partners and hiring managers.
