Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver protective services.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate embedded staff into client programs and assist in candidate screening.
• Lead onboarding and lifecycle management for embedded employees, including timesheets and expense reporting.
• Serve as relationship manager between Concentric, vendors, employees, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements across functions.
• Draft proposals and budgets for client opportunities.
