You will work with Workplace, People, IT, Legal, and partners, travel up to 50% as needed, and drive AI-enabled communications and program design for safer, more resilient environments.

Qualifications

• Own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions.
• Proven project management for international projects.
• Clear, thoughtful communication with partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders.
• Service-oriented with curiosity, ownership mindset and good judgment.
• Novice AI proficiency and willingness to use AI to improve communication and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global physical security parity across regions and drive visibility of practices.
• Draft incident updates using AI for clarity and verify details and judgment.
• Coordinate international project work, balancing local context with global standards.
• Partner with vendors and building managers to resolve security gaps and drive fast, effective action.
• Communicate security requirements clearly to internal teams and external partners.
