Job summary

RedCloud seeks a Physical Security Program Manager to support immediate client operations, traveling up to 50% and working remotely within the United States. You will oversee a global rollout replacing access badge readers across data center footprints, coordinating with external security integrators, tracking schedules from design through acceptance, and managing risks and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical security systems delivery or critical infrastructure delivery in complex construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, commissioning/acceptance, turnover documentation.
• Experience running delivery governance rhythms across multiple projects.
• Leadership experience managing technical delivery/field teams.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, influencing vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project to upgrade and remediate access badge reader replacements.
• Provide construction administration support during installation, including review of shop drawings and submittals.
• Manage the security commissioning process for each project.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve commissioning issues and apply feedback.
• Serve as primary point of contact for RFIs, monitoring project progress.
• Drive cross-team coordination across design, scheduling, vendor site coordination, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Communicate project schedule and status to stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and initiate support tickets as needed.
• Coordinate with client teams and installation vendor for full alignment.
• Provide DCSS support to ensure installation and programming are addressed.
• Track ongoing project milestones and participate in Lessons Learned sessions.
• Travel on-site or provide virtual support during each CX phase.
