Job summary

Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Security Operations to join the Corporate Team. This fully remote role requires travel to domestic and international client locations and involves coordinating embedded staff and vendors across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in protective security, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and the ability to lead complex security operations while ensuring compliance and high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in the protective security industry, law enforcement, or similar government service.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Eligibility to obtain California BSIS Armed Guard Card; CA CCW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and place embedded employees in client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins with embedded employees on performance and well-being.
• Advocate for employee needs and escalate issues to HR or management.
• Provide mentorship to embedded employees in intelligence/security fields.
• Oversee the embedded employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheets and expenses.
• Manage client relationships, oversee embedded staff, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Draft proposals and budgets for client engagements.
• Find, vet, and train security resources meeting Concentric’s requirements.
• Provide executive protection support and security services as needed.
• Act as the CA, NV, AZ business lead for client requests and development efforts.
• Oversee GSOC operations, scheduling, and training as needed.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with client needs and identified risks.
