Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Performance Consultant to elevate the Sales team's capabilities across global Legal Solutions units. You will partner with Sales leaders and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs that drive business results.

With extensive experience in training and development and a passion for continuous improvement, you will design, deliver, and evaluate programs, including onboarding for new hires, using modern platforms and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant training and development experience, sales experience, or a combination of both.
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
• Demonstrable success in Sales and/or Learning and Development with a global scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with Sales leaders, contributors and SMEs across the business.
• Analyze training needs aligned with business objectives to identify skill gaps.
• Content development and learning design for courses and materials.
• Plan, manage tasks and risks to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Deliver live training sessions and coach SMEs and Sales professionals.
• Manage the Sales New Hire Onboarding Program.
• Evaluate programs using feedback, productivity data, and business impact metrics.
