Job summary

Omega Engineering Inc is seeking a Global Pricing Operations Manager to own pricing data, systems, and processes across the enterprise. The role spans Sales, Finance, IT, Order Entry, Customer Service, and Engineering, with enterprise-wide impact and AI-powered workflow design.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping commercial, financial, and ERP workflows at scale with documented outcomes.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing enterprise-level AI use cases, not just pilots.
• Deep ERP fluency including workflow design, configuration and data architecture.
• Strong data and analytics proficiency, EDW/data warehouse experience, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Make, Power Automate).
• 7+ years experience with Pricing strategy or CPQ tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics or 10+ years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Map and document pricing workflows to create a clear enterprise-wide picture of decisions and execution.
• Design and implement standardized pricing workflows for consistency, speed, and scalability globally.
• Build and maintain EDW and ERP-integrated workflows to centralize pricing data.
• Develop AI agent workflows to automate core pricing processes at enterprise scale.
• Onboard new acquisitions and integrate into pricing ecosystem with repeatable playbooks.
