Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a Global Pricing Operations Manager to own pricing data, systems, and processes across the enterprise, partnering with Sales, Finance, IT, and Order Entry.

You will map existing pricing workflows, design standardized processes, build an EDW/ERP-integrated workflow, and develop AI agent workflows for scalable pricing. This is a remote role with US-based location and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping commercial, financial, and ERP workflows at scale.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI use cases scaled to enterprise level.
• Deep ERP fluency, including workflow design, configuration, and data architecture.
• Strong data and analytics proficiency, including EDW/data warehouse experience and BI tools.
• Experience with AI and automation platforms (UiPath, Make, Power Automate etc.).
• 7+ years experience with Pricing strategy or CPQ tool experience.
• Python knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
• Experience working across global, matrixed organizations, including acquisitions integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years equivalent experience.

• Own pricing data, systems, and processes across the enterprise.
• Map and document pricing workflows to provide an enterprise-wide view.
• Design and implement standardized pricing workflows for consistency and scalability.
• Build and maintain EDW and ERP-integrated pricing workflows.
• Develop AI agent workflows to automate core pricing processes at scale.
• Map acquisitions' pricing processes and onboard entities into the pricing ecosystem.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks for smooth scale across businesses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, and other functions to drive alignment.
