Job summary

Arise Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Pricing Manager to own pricing operations across the organization, ensuring pricing integrity, consistency, and strategic execution. This role interfaces with Commercial, Finance, Operations and Purchasing to optimize pricing processes.

It does not quote new business but manages end-to-end pricing operations. Ideal candidates will be data-driven, analytical, and able to influence cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing or related finance roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with raw material pass-through, indices, and escalation clauses.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data capabilities, including cleaning and analyzing data from unclean sources.
• Ability to read, interpret, and advise on commercial agreements and permissible actions.
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and delivering evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Create, oversee and manage the company's pricing operations and pricing agreements.
• Standardize internal pricing tools and methods.
• Track cost drivers impacting margin and coordinate actions with other functions.
• Maintain trigger thresholds for fixed price agreements and produce recommendation packages.
• Manage price setup, administration, notification and configuration.
• Keep other functions informed about margin performance and activities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations based on margin intelligence.
• Support modeling and analysis for price agreement renewals.
• Convert quotes into master pricing records, including tooling amortization, setup charges and MOQs.
