Job summary

Wood Mackenzie in Houston is seeking a Director of Pricing Operations to drive the operational execution of pricing policies and commercial guidelines. You will lead governance, deal desk coordination, pricing systems, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, compliant pricing decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CPQ/CRM/billing, and a track record of process excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in pricing operations, deal desk, revenue operations, or commercial operations roles.
• Experience administering CPQ, CRM, or billing systems in a B2B corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing governance, policy execution, and workflow governance across regions and channels.
• Oversee Deal Desk operations, approvals, and exception management with cross-functional partners.
• Define and optimize pricing systems, data integrity, and automation within CPQ/CRM/ERP environments.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor pricing KPIs and drive operational improvements.
