Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Pricing & Access to shape pricing and market access strategy across a biopharma pipeline. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to translate market and policy insights into actionable pricing decisions.

The role demands 6+ years in pricing/market access in biopharma, with strong oncology or neurology domain experience preferred. Competitive compensation and equity grants are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in global pricing, market access, or commercial strategy in biopharma, or 3+ years with a graduate degree.
• Direct experience in Oncology, Neurology/Neuroscience, Epilepsy, or Sleep Medicine strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of global pricing and market access environments including US payer archetypes and ex-US dynamics.
• Familiarity with evolving regulatory policies affecting pricing and reimbursement.

• Monitor global pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare policy trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging market pricing dynamics and refine pricing assumptions for pipeline assets.
• Conduct payer research and advisory boards to benchmark pricing strategies.
• Analyze global pricing landscapes to identify opportunities and risks for therapeutic areas.
• Develop advanced pricing models, including price elasticity assessments and revenue forecasts.
• Assess impact of legislative changes on pricing and access strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute pricing and access research studies.
