Jazz Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Manager, Global Pricing & Access to shape pricing, access strategies, and reimbursement initiatives across oncology, neurology, and sleep assets. You will partner with Global Value/HEOR, US Market Access, and regional teams to translate payer requirements into actionable pricing plans and study designs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years post bachelor’s degree in pricing, market access, HEOR, or consulting.
• Direct experience with Oncology, Neurology/Neuroscience, Epilepsy, or Sleep Medicine preferred.
• Knowledge of US payer archetypes (PBMs, IDNs, Commercial, Medicare/Medicaid GTN) and ex-US HTA environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional matrix partners and drive pricing strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead global pricing and access strategy development across therapies.
• Collaborate with GSMI, HEOR, US Market Access and regional teams on market research and pricing guidance.
• Advise on access/payer perspectives for trial endpoints, comparators, and evidence packages.
• Support NPP pricing evaluations and GTN impact assessments for in-licensing and M&A.
• Monitor policy changes (IRA, MFN, HTA) and translate into pricing actions.
