Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Pricing & Access to shape and execute pricing strategies across Oncology, Epilepsy/Movement Disorders, and Sleep. The role requires a strong background in pricing, market access, and HEOR with 6+ years post-bachelor or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PhD/MD/PharmD strongly preferred.
• 6+ years post-bachelor's or 3+ years with graduate degree in pricing, market access, HEOR or consulting.
• Direct experience in Oncology, Neurology/Neuroscience, Epilepsy, or Sleep Medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop global pricing and access strategies for core pipelines across oncology, neurology, and sleep.
• Monitor policy trends and translate into pricing recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform launch sequencing and GTN.
• Provide quantitative modeling of GTN, price elasticity, and scenario planning.
• Advise on pricing and access risks for pipeline assets across regions.
