Ladders seeks a Director of Access Strategy & Marketing to shape market access messaging and initiatives for a leading Pharmaceuticals & Biotech portfolio. This remote role collaborates with national accounts, field leadership, and internal teams to deliver evidence-based materials and compliant programs that strengthen payer access.

The position guides launch readiness, customer insights, and internal education to position products effectively with payers and organized providers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Planning, and/or Managed Care.
• Experience in new product launches, including strategy development and tactical execution.
• Strong understanding of the access landscape across market access stakeholders.
• Experience developing co-positioning strategies across multiple assets and portfolio tradeoffs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and deliver results on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Lead development and execution of access marketing strategies aligned with priorities.
• Set messaging and materials for payers, PBMs, IDNs, GPOs, and other decision-makers.
• Influence evidence plans and translate into messages communicating portfolio value.
• Develop customer insights plan and translate insights into strategy and materials.
• Direct compliant marketing tactics for GPOs and organized providers.
• Lead pull-through and training for market access initiatives.
• Guide educational initiatives to strengthen understanding of market access programs.
