Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, seeks a Senior Manager for Global Pricing & Access to shape pricing strategies across oncology, neurology, and sleep assets. The role liaises with regional teams, informs MA and HTA decisions, and supports pricing in Phase 2b/3 designs.

The position requires a strong background in global pricing, market access, HEOR, and experience with US payer archetypes, MFN/IRA policies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
6+ years post bachelor's or 3+ years with graduate degree in global pricing, market access, HEOR, or consulting.

Responsibilities

Monitor pricing, reimbursement, and policy trends across key markets and translate insights into senior leadership materials.
Evaluate pricing dynamics, contracting, and access pathways to refine pricing for pipeline assets.
Conduct payer research and advisory boards to benchmark strategies and optimize market access.
Analyze global pricing landscapes to inform value propositions and launch sequencing.
Develop and maintain advanced pricing models, including GTN estimates and price elasticity analyses.
