Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Pricing & Access to shape pricing and access strategies across oncology, neurology, and sleep assets. You will liaise with regional teams, influence cross‑functional partners, and develop pricing models that support pipeline decisions and launches.

The role emphasizes global policy monitoring, GTN estimation, and collaboration with R&D, Commercial, and market access teams to optimize value delivery and ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in global pricing, market access, HEOR, or consulting in biopharma.
• Direct experience with Oncology, Neurology/Neuroscience, Epilepsy, or Sleep medicine is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain global pricing and access models, including GTN estimates and pricing scenarios.
• Monitor pricing, reimbursement, and policy trends across key markets and translate insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing & access with pipeline and launch plans.
• Advise on pricing strategy and payer evidence needs for R&D, early assets, and licensing opportunities.
• Support NPP pricing decisions and market access evaluations for M&A opportunities.
