With 5+ years in product or GM roles at viral consumer apps, you will lead cross-functional teams, optimize retention and engagement, and recruit top talent in a remote-first environment.

• 5+ years in product, growth or GM roles at viral consumer apps.
• Experience in social, creator or messaging industries.
• Proven track record in scaling engagement and monetization.
• Strong understanding of retention curves and conversion funnels.
• Thrives in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Own the P&L, team, and overall strategy for the NGL platform.
• Drive monetization through ads, subscriptions, and new revenue models.
• Identify high-ROI opportunities to increase LTV without harming UX.
• Lead product experimentation with continuous hypothesis, test, and ship cycles.
• Recruit top talent and build a high-performing cross-functional culture.
