Job summary

Current Mobile is seeking a General Manager to scale a viral Gen-Z social platform. You’ll own strategy, product, growth, and revenue end-to-end while preserving the app’s authenticity and culture.

As a founder-at-heart operator, you’ll lead a cross-functional team, drive monetization via ads and subscriptions, and partner with Mode’s growth resources to accelerate global expansion. This is a remote, global role with equity and a competitive package, supporting a fast-moving, founder-style

Responsibilities

• Own the universe. P&L, team, and strategy, it’s yours.
• Turn good into unstoppable. Take a thriving app and evolve it into a long-term cultural force.
• Monetize creatively. Build smarter ad ecosystems, better subscription experiences, and new revenue plays we haven’t dreamed up yet.
• Identify high-ROI monetization opportunities that increase LTV without compromising user experience and retention.
• Ship constantly. Hypothesize → test → ship → learn → repeat.
• Stay dangerously curious. Watch what Gen-Z does next and build ahead of it.
• Grow the tribe. Recruit top talent, build the culture, protect the weirdness.
• Scale with soul. Keep the app’s authenticity intact as we expand globally.
• Be the bridge. Connect your scrappy team with Mode’s shared growth, data, and product firepower.
