Job summary

Boart Longyear Ltd. is seeking an experienced SIOP Manager to own end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning across regions. This role coordinates demand, supply, and financial plans, driving consensus and governance to optimize service, cost, cash, and risk.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance and regional leaders, and deliver scenario-based recommendations that inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Finance.
• 10–15 years' experience in SIOP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, or operations leadership.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SIOP with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and scenario modelling capabilities; experience in mining/industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process across regions.
• Integrate demand, supply, and financial plans into a consensus view.
• Partner cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Value Stream, and Finance leaders.
• Lead and develop Demand and Supply Planning teams.
• Facilitate executive SIOP forums with insights and scenarios.
• Drive performance across forecast accuracy, service, inventory, capacity, and financial targets.
• Ensure alignment between SIOP outputs and financial plans.
