This is a newly created, highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to put your fingerprints on how the organization aligns demand, manufacturing capacity, suppliers, inventory and financial objectives.
A manufacturing supply-chain leader who has owned an SIOP/S&OP/IBP process and can point to measurable improvements in areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, schedule attainment, working capital or capacity utilization.
We are particularly interested in leaders from high-SKU manufacturing/distribution environments such as automotive, automotive aftermarket, consumer durables, industrial products, service parts, appliances or heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate understands demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, MRP, production planning and capacity and knows how to influence people across functions and turn data into decisions.
