Qualifications

• Global experience with HR systems and compliance.
• Strong data accuracy, audit, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide two HR Operations team members toward service excellence.
• Oversee HR systems, data integrity, and Workday administration.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support compliance, audits, and policy administration.
• Improve HR workflows and cross-functional collaboration with automation.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Finance on special projects.
