Job summary

Concentric Advisors, based in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a People Operations Partner to manage the full employee lifecycle for domestic and international staff, ensuring compliant HR operations and a positive employee experience. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external vendors to implement scalable HR programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing HRIS data, policy development, compensation support, and cross-functional work with Embedded Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• 5+ years HR-related experience, including onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS software and data privacy.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS.
• Oversee onboarding to offboarding for domestic and international employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and vendors.
• Support performance management and employee development programs.
• Create HR policies, handbooks, and communications.
