Riverbed is seeking a Manager, Global People Operations to lead day-to-day HR Operations, ensure accurate, scalable support across the employee lifecycle, and oversee a small HR Operations team. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and business units to strengthen service delivery and the employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or related HR function in a global environment.
• 2+ years of people management, team lead, or operational oversight experience.
• Strong HRIS experience, with Workday.
• Strong analytical, auditing, dashboard management, and reporting skills.
• Understanding of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, data security, and policy administration.
• Experience with process design, workflow optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement in HR Operations.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead two HR Operations team members by setting priorities and guiding workloads.
• Oversee HR systems, data management, Workday administration, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, HR questions, HR case routing, stakeholder support.
• Support compliance activities, audits, I-9 and E-Verify, background checks, data security reviews, and policy administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR Operations workflows, documentation, self-service, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with automation where appropriate.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Finance on payroll exceptions, compensation and benefits documentation, leave-related support, and special HR projects.
