Riverbed, the leader in AI-powered observability, is hiring a Manager, Global People Operations to lead global HR Operations, drive data integrity, and support a scalable employee lifecycle. You will oversee a small HR Operations team, HR data, and Workday system administration while partnering across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal.

The role emphasizes compliance, audits, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering excellent employee experiences.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or a related HR function, preferably in a global environment.
• 2+ years of people management, team lead, or operational oversight experience preferred.
• Strong HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
• Strong analytical, auditing, dashboard management, and reporting skills, including experience creating recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Understanding of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, data security practices, and policy administration.
• Experience with process design, workflow optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement within HR Operations.
• High level Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Reporting.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support two HR Operations team members by setting priorities and guiding workloads.
• Oversee HR systems, employee data, Workday administration, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, employee questions, HR case routing, and stakeholder support.
• Support HR compliance activities, audits, I-9 and E-Verify processes, background checks, data security reviews, policy administration.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve HR Operations workflows, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Finance teams on payroll exceptions, compensation and benefits documentation, leave-related support, and HR projects.
