Job summary

Riveron is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across service lines and geographies. You will design and deliver high-impact people programs and provide strategic HR consultation to drive a best-in-class employee experience.

You will lead core HR processes, advise on employee relations, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Learning & Development to align people strategy with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR/Talent experience with global scope.
• Strong coaching and influential collaboration across leaders.
• Experience navigating a matrixed organization and client-service mindset.
• Comfort with using people data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across service lines and geographies.
• Deliver people programs with a client-service mindset for a global workforce.
• Lead core HR programs: organization design, performance reviews, promotions, development planning, retention.
• Plan workforce, capability, and succession with leaders.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and risk-aware decisions.
• Use people data to identify trends, assess risk, and act.
• Coach leaders on feedback, career development, inclusive leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, and others.
• Advise on compensation and recognition with internal equity.
• Support growth and change initiatives, ensuring consistent employee experience.
• Maintain HR transactions in Workday and other systems; ensure data accuracy.
• Lead HR compliance efforts and policy development.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale HR processes using tech responsibly.
• Understand business drivers like growth, utilization, profitability.
