Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to lead a multi-country payroll operation, reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and scalable, compliant payroll in a rapidly growing global organization.

The role requires a leader who balances transformation with strong operational oversight, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance today while building a scalable future. Remote anywhere within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible payroll experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience overseeing payroll for multiple countries and complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight of payroll delivery across all countries, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely payroll.
• Establish global standards for calendars, approvals, validations, reconciliations, and audit trails.
• Lead payroll governance, controls, and compliance with wage, tax, and reporting requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, HR Technology and external providers to support global payroll operations.
• Drive transformation to standardize processes and leverage technology for scalable payroll.
