DeWinter Group is seeking an Order Management Lead to oversee global order management operations for a fast-paced SaaS organization during a three-month temporary leave coverage. You will coordinate across Salesforce, NetSuite, and Product platforms to ensure accurate, compliant order processing throughout the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS order management, Deal Desk, revenue accounting, billing, or a related function.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of bookings policies, revenue recognition principles, and SOX control frameworks.
• Experience reviewing contracts, validating order completeness, and resolving deal or booking exceptions.
• Ability to manage order data flows across Salesforce, Product platforms, and NetSuite.
• Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and drive process or system improvements.
• Experience leading or mentoring global teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, reports, and operational data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global order management operations for a SaaS organization during a three-month temporary leave coverage.
• Coordinate across Salesforce, Product, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, GTM, and NetSuite to ensure accurate order processing.
• Act as final reviewer for opportunities moving to closed/won and validate order completeness.
• Resolve deal or booking exceptions and monitor critical data flows.
• Strengthen audit-ready controls across systems and processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones and mentor junior team members.
