Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Senior Director of Global Operations Improvement to drive priority improvements across Operations and deliver measurable results. You will lead OpEx and Operations Systems, partnering with plants and functions to solve root causes and sustain gains.

The role requires extensive cross-site leadership, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. Travel is expected to be ~20%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive Operations and process improvement experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement across multiple sites or functions.
• Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Typically requires approximately 20%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on company priorities and Operations performance gaps.
• Lead OpEx and Operations Systems, including plant-based resources, with a dotted-line to plant leaders.
• Drive system enhancements, automation, and technology to simplify processes and improve performance.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements and solutions with IT.
• Share and scale improvements, documented standards, and lessons learned across sites.
