Job summary

Extremity-Care is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across production, facilities, inventory, and quality. You will coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external partners to drive compliant, efficient operations in domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, leading continuous improvement, managing budgets, and aligning projects with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related business functions with progressive leadership.
• Experience within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, cGMP, GDP, GLP or similar) preferred.
• Background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage production, facilities, maintenance, inventory and warehouse management, customer service and order management.
• Support after-hours and on-call operational needs as required.
• Monitor KPIs to assess performance and support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Monitor and control departmental spending and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence programs.
• Identify skill gaps and support employee development and succession planning.
• Support leadership in achieving operational goals and revenue growth initiatives.
• Assist with integration activities related to acquisitions, including systems and training.
• Communicate updates and changes to employees to ensure alignment.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, GLP, FDA, ISO requirements and customer specs.
• Participate in audits and support CAPAs as needed.
• Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
