Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Operations Improvement to lead the OpEx and Operations Systems teams and drive priority improvements across Manufacturing.

You will partner with plants and functions to identify gaps, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results in quality, service and cost. The role is remote, reports to the Corporate Vice President, Global Operations, and requires strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to scale best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Leadership experience across multiple sites or regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across Operations.
• Lead OpEx and Operations Systems with plant-based resources.
• Drive cross-functional improvements with measurable results.
• Align resources to company priorities and plant needs.
