Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Senior Director, Global Operations Improvement who will report to Corporate VP, Global Operations and drive priority improvements across Operations with measurable and sustained results.

You will lead the OpEx and Operations Systems teams, collaborate with plants and functions to identify root causes, implement solutions, and ensure improvements are documented and institutionalized. Travel about 20%.

Qualifications

• Strong operations background with a track record of driving meaningful improvements and sustained results.
• Experience leading complex improvement efforts across multiple plants, functions, or regions.
• Deep understanding of structured problem solving and improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, OpEx).
• Experience using systems, automation, and technology to improve processes and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on company priorities and performance gaps.
• Lead OpEx and Operations Systems initiatives across plants and regions.
• Drive cross-functional projects and align resources with priority improvements.
• Partner with IT to translate business needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Scale and sustain improvements with documented standards and lessons learned.
