Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a Senior Director, Global Operations Improvement to drive priority improvements across Operations through implementation and measurable results. Qualifications

• Strong operations background with a track record of driving meaningful improvements.
• Experience leading complex improvement efforts across multiple plants, functions, or regions.
• Strong understanding of structured problem solving and improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities based on priorities and gaps.
• Work with plants and functions to analyze problems, root causes, and implement solutions.
• Lead OpEx and Operations Systems and coordinate cross-functional resources.
