Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Project Director to lead large, global studies and portfolios, ensuring strategic execution and value delivery. You will partner with clients, steer cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, timelines and risk, and present progress to senior leadership.

The role requires extensive clinical research experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex trials on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience; 5+ years in PM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with client, supporting proposals and presentations.
• Oversee and manages all aspects of a clinical trial or portfolio.
• Provide direction to project managers from initiation to closing.
