Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive day-to-day execution of global network engineering and operations initiatives. You will manage data center consolidations, voice network migrations, platform rationalization, and multi-team integration to optimize cost and service delivery.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, IT, product, and external partners while ensuring governance, risk management, and readiness for cutovers and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on project management in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations.
• Ownership of technical projects from initiation to closure, including budget, schedule, scope, and risk.
• Knowledge of voice services and IP networking (SIP/VoIP) and data center infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and multi-party cutovers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of running meetings and driving decisions.
• Proficient with project management tools and Excel for tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects, including data center consolidations, site exits, voice network unification, platform decommissioning, and billing changes.
• Break projects into tasks with owners, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate service orders with internal engineering and follow up to closure.
• Escalate to carriers and third parties when delivery commitments are at risk.
• Ensure data center staff and field teams follow internal processes and procedures.
• Apply structured project management practices including schedules, status reporting, change control, and RAID logs.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate across Network Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, and external partners (carriers, colocation, vendors).
• Work with other PMs on voice migration and billing quick-hits.
• Interface with vendors to align execution with the consolidation program.
• Produce concise status reports, dashboards, and action trackers for leadership.
