Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex telecom and data center projects within the Global Network Engineering and Operations organization. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, and external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution, with clear milestones and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in telecom/project management, hands-on experience with data center migrations, voice services (SIP/VoIP), and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience in telecommunications, network engineering, or data center operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure, including budget, schedule, scope, and risk.
• Working knowledge of voice services and IP networking, data center infrastructure and cross-connects, and private connectivity processes with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects, including data center consolidations and site exits, voice network unification, platform decommissioning, and billing integration changes.
• Break each project down to the task level with clear owners, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and follow up to closure.
• Escalate to carriers and third parties when delivery commitments are at risk.
• Ensure data center staff and field teams are aligned and following established internal processes and procedures.
