Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Network Integration Engineer based in the United States to lead complex infrastructure integration projects across mergers, migrations, and enterprise transformations. Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong networking expertise covering TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and network security.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, M365, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios.
• Experience in cloud migration, tenant consolidation, infrastructure modernization, or M&A tech integration is highly desirable.
• Strong project leadership, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively; US-based with international travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration projects supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and transformations.
• Assess infrastructure, security posture, and readiness within acquired or transitioning organizations.
• Develop and execute integration and migration strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and related network infra.
• Maintain secure network architectures and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, inventories, and artifacts.
• Deploy, administer, and optimize Windows Server environments and related services.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy, identity management, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Plan and execute server, application, endpoint, and tenant migrations.
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives using Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and security remediation activities.
