• Experience leading global meetings programs with a focus on operations.
• Ability to create SOPs, streamline processes and drive adoption.
• Proven contract review/negotiation skills for meetings and events.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support elements of a global meetings program, ensuring consistency and adoption.
• Act as subject matter expert for the meetings technology platform (Groupize).
• Collaborate with client admins and sourcing teams to optimize system use.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process docs.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to drive efficiency.
• Review and negotiate meeting/event contracts with risk awareness.
• Support venue sourcing and supplier engagement as needed.
• Analyze reports to deliver business insights and recommendations.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions/time zones.
