Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Events Program Manager to lead scalable corporate events within the Global Travel & Expense team. You will oversee end-to-end execution, from sourcing to operations, across internal events, offsites, and customer engagements.

You’ll optimize logistics, negotiate venues and hotel contracts, and help scale governance and service models. A tech-driven mindset, experience with event platforms like Cvent, and a CMP/CMM-related certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate meeting and event planning or procurement.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage complex venues and hotel contracts.
• Experience building scalable events programs and governance.
• Hands-on with event tech platforms (Cvent, Navan, Groupize) and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and operations for internal events, offsites, executive meetings, trainings, and customer engagements.
• Manage venue sourcing, hotel contracts, room blocks, group travel, and transportation while driving cost savings.
• Help build global meetings governance, intake standards, and service models.
• Implement and optimize event management tech and dashboards; explore AI-driven workflows.
