Job summary

BCD Travel seeks a Global Client Team Project Manager (Remote) to drive operational and program-optimization projects for global accounts. You will apply PMP, OPPM, Prince2 and Six Sigma to scope, plan, initiate, execute, monitor and control initiatives across multiple regions.

You'll partner with Finance on budgets, ensure on-time delivery within scope and SLA, manage complex projects, and communicate with stakeholders worldwide. Flexible hours and remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a qualified project management role in the travel industry.
• Personnel management experience.
• General knowledge of GDS systems, front/mid/back office agency operations.
• Advanced knowledge of project management software and Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet preferred.
• Must be able to manage 25-50% or higher ratio of complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt, PMP, or other PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within budget and manage costs during execution.
• Collaborate with Finance to track the budget throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver on-time with defined scope and quality targets.
• Ensure performance measurements align with SLA.
• Leverage global, regional and local resources to support projects.
• Maintain effective communication with project participants and stakeholders.
