Global Meetings Program & Technology Manager
As the Global Meetings Program and Technology Manager, you will help lead the day‑to‑day success of a global meetings program with a strong focus on meetings technology, contracting, process improvement, and operational efficiency. You will partner across regions to optimize the meetings technology experience, create standard operating procedures, and drive consistent, scalable ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support key elements of a global meetings program, focusing on operational consistency and user adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for the meetings technology platform, providing day‑to‑day support, issue resolution, and process guidance.
- Partner with client administrators and sourcing teams to understand system usage and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to promote best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, simplify processes, and drive efficiencies across meetings operations.
- Review, negotiate, and support meeting and event contracts, demonstrating strong risk awareness and supplier term expertise.
- Support venue sourcing and supplier engagement as needed.
- Analyze multiple reports and data sources to deliver clear, relevant business insights and program recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions and time zones to keep program priorities moving forward.
You Might Also Have
- Experience supporting a global meetings technology platform in an administrative or power‑user capacity.
- Familiarity with meetings, travel, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
- Experience working with client‑facing teams in a consultative or advisory role.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort reviewing multiple reports to provide meaningful business insights.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- HCP or Life Sciences planning experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to work remotely.

Compensation
Salary range for US applicants: $70,000 - $75,000. Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and project budget.
