Qualifications

• 5+ years in market research, consulting or business intelligence with a data-to-strategy track record.
• Strong life-science background across biotech, pharma, clinical environments.
• Experience with competitive intelligence and market research methods and tools.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment interfacing with R&D, sales, marketing and business development.
• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s or PhD is preferred.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and visualization skills.
• Strong organizational, project management, networking and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market intelligence initiatives from forecasts, trends, opportunity analysis, and competitive environment evaluation for Eppendorf’s portfolio.
• Create a central knowledge hub for managing market reports and making insights accessible for internal stakeholders.
• Connect with key customers, assess market analytics and portfolios, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive regional strategic business development by scouting and engaging potential investment and collaboration partners.
• Identify emerging technologies and solutions and inform future product development considerations.
• Lead or support collaborative projects with external technology or business partners.
