Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales/marketing/business development; or a high school diploma with 14+ years in same.
• Experience working and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Med tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and build a new category in aesthetic restorations.
• Translate patient need and outcomes into a standard-of-care story.
• Lead the global new products go-to-market strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional with marketing, sales and education.
• Identify and activate partnerships to accelerate growth.
• Develop a bold 5-year growth strategy with a business case.
• Establish playbooks for market development and demand generation.
