Job summary

Solventum in the United States is seeking a Digital Dentistry Leader to define and execute the global digital strategy for Dental Solutions. You will translate clinician needs into product requirements, shape a multi-year roadmap, and drive a differentiated digital ecosystem across aligners, retainers, DBT and restorative design.

You will lead Product Managers, collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams, and guide agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in digital product management, platform strategy or healthcare tech.
• Experience translating clinician needs into digital product requirements.
• Leading and developing Product Managers across multiple product areas.
• Knowledge of dental/orthodontics digital workflows is a plus.
• Experience with agile, Lean portfolio practices, Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Define global digital dentistry strategy across Dental Solutions Business.
• Own multi-year roadmap, translating clinician needs into requirements.
• Lead roadmap prioritization and align with capacity and risk.
• Drive integrated alignment across PM, architecture, R&D and regions.
• Build partnerships to accelerate the digital dentistry ecosystem.
