Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or related healthcare industry, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading capital and consumable product sales with balance of new business and account growth.
• Strong business acumen and territory strategy development aligned to national goals.
• Proven consultative selling skills and success closing high-value capital sales.
• Established relationships with aesthetic professionals preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (incl. some weekends) and up to 50% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Lead a regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
• Develop regional strategy and execute plans for capital devices and consumables.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to drive growth.
• Manage forecasts, pipelines, and performance reporting using CRM tools.
• Represent Solta at regional and national industry meetings and tradeshows.
